Poltava Territorial Development Agency
The non-governmental organization "Poltava Territorial Development Agency" has many years of experience of cooperation with local communities in the region by supporting and implementing democratic reforms.
The main purpose of this work is the promotion of urban and regional development, the implementation of democratic reforms in Poltava region, the satisfaction and protection of legitimate social, economic, creative, scientific, educational, national-cultural, and other interests of members of the organization and residents of the community.
The main tasks of the organization:
- promotion of regional development and creation of an attractive image of the region;
- creation and coordination of platforms for joining efforts and building a dialogue between local executive bodies, local government, representatives of civil society institutions, etc.;
- identification of solutions to long-term and immediate issues hindering the development of the region and local communities.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the aggressor, the team of Poltava Territorial Development Agency focused on solving and supporting safety issues in the region and local communities through the creation of Community Safety Space, and continues to actively work on the prevention and combating of domestic violence.
