Management of this site https://uawle.org/ (hereinafter – "Site") is carried out by NGO "Ukrainian Association of representatives of law enforcement agencies, EDRPOU code 41993501, a legal entity that is registered and operates in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter – "Organization").

The organization respects the confidential (personal) information of all persons who visited the Site without exception. The organization protects the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified), creates and provides the most comfortable conditions for using the Site for every user.

This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter – "Policy") establishes the procedure for processing personal data by the Organization, the types of personal data that are collected, the purposes of using such personal data, the Organization's interaction with third parties, security measures for protection of personal data, terms of access to personal data, as well as contact information for the user to access, make changes, block or delete their personal data and address any questions that may arise regarding the practice of personal data protection.

Collection and use of personal data

The owner and administrator of the personal data of the users of the Site is the NGO "Ukrainian Association of Representatives of Law Enforcement Agencies".

When the user uses the services of the Site, the Organization processes the user's data, namely: data that the user provides when filling out registration forms and in the process of using the services; cookies; ir-addresses.

The organization collects only those personal data (for example, login and access password, e-mail address, etc.) that you knowingly and voluntarily provided as a subject of personal data for the purposes of using the Site, which in accordance with the requirements of the law is the consent of the subject. personal data for the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purpose of their processing formulated in this Policy.

When visiting the Site, all logins to the system are recorded. Other information about user traffic is not processed or stored.

We draw your attention: The organization is limited to collecting the minimum amount of information necessary exclusively to fulfill the request of the subject of personal data. In any case, when optional information is requested, the user will be notified at the time such information is collected.

The organization does not collect any information for the processing of which certain requirements are established by law, such as information about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, criminal convictions for committing of a crime or a criminal conviction, as well as data related to health, sex life, biometric or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data").

The organization collects data on statistics of visits to the Site. The information may contain information about the connection, traffic, the user's browser, as well as about the date, time, duration of work on the Internet and stay on the Site.

Processing of personal data

Processing and storage of provided personal data is carried out in data centers where the equipment that ensures the functioning of the Site is located.

Purposes of using personal data

Your personal data is used for the purpose of providing services to the Site, exchange of information/news and relations in the field of communication in accordance with and for the implementation of the laws of Ukraine, in particular, but not exclusively: "On the protection of personal data", "On the ratification of the Convention on protection of individuals in connection with automated processing of personal data and the Additional Protocol to the Convention on the Protection of Individuals in Connection with Automated Processing of Personal Data by Supervisory Authorities and Cross-Border Data Flows, "About Information", "About Advertising", and also in accordance with other documents that regulate the activities of the Organization.

Period of storage of personal data

Personal data is stored for no longer than is necessary in accordance with the purpose of their processing.

After the subject of personal data has ceased to be a user of the Site by deleting his account on the Site, his personal data is also automatically deleted.

Use of cookies

Cookie – is a text file or files containing a small amount of information that are sent to a web browser and stored on the user's device. Such devices are a computer, mobile phone or other device with which the user visits the Site.

Cookie files can be permanent (they are called permanent cookies) and are stored on the computer until the user deletes them, or temporary (such cookies are called session cookies), that is, they are stored only until the browser is closed.

Important:

Interaction of the Organization with third parties regarding personal data

The Organization understands that personal information is a value and integral content, in particular, the personal non-property rights of any natural person, therefore it takes all possible measures to protect the personal information of users, voluntarily and knowingly transferred by the latter to the Organization. The organization does not transfer personal data to third parties.

The Site may contain links to other websites (exclusively for informational purposes). If you link to other websites, this Policy will not apply to such websites. Therefore, the Organization recommends reviewing the privacy and data protection policy of each website before submitting any personally identifiable information.

Confidentiality of activity of the subject of personal data on the Site

Information about the activity (traffic) of users on the Site that passes through the network or the user's e-mail is protected in accordance with the law. That is, the Organization does not in any way or way violate the secret of "activity" user while using the Site.

Protection of personal data

The organization uses generally accepted standards of technological and operational protection of information and personal data against loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. However, despite its best efforts, the Organization cannot guarantee absolute security against any threats arising outside the Organization's control.

The organization ensures the application of all relevant confidentiality obligations, as well as technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized or illegal disclosure or processing of such information and data, their accidental loss, destruction or damage.

Distribution of personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data or a person authorized by him is prohibited.

To update, obtain access, make changes, block or delete your personal data, withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data that you have given to the Organization in accordance with this Policy, or in case of any comments, wishes or claims regarding your personal data processed by the Organization, please contact the Organization at uawle.office@gmail.com.

Policy Change

Changes and additions may be made to this Policy from time to time and without prior notice to the user, in particular, when legislative requirements change.

In the case of significant changes to this Policy, the Organization will post a notice on the Site and indicate the date of entry into force of these changes. If you do not refuse to accept them in writing within the specified period, this will mean that you agree to the corresponding changes to the Policy.
