Non-governmental organisation «People's Aid. Ukraine»
Non-profit organization «People's Aid. Ukraine» was founded in 1993 as a branch organization of the Austrian «Volkshilfe Austria» in Chernivtsi, and since 2019 it started its activities in the eastern regions of Ukraine (Dnipro and Kharkiv).
For nearly thirty years, «People's Aid.Ukraine» has been developing the system for providing social services, implementing successful models of social entrepreneurship, and, since 2014, it has started developing cultural and artistic projects.
“We started with social work and for many years we have been supporting the most vulnerable – the homeless, the elderly, and internally displaced persons. We succeeded in creation of effective models of social entrepreneurship. We help women to be successful, effective, and feel themselves comfortable. Recently, we have been implementing projects and initiatives in the field of cultural management, which we are especially proud of.
