Kherson Regional Center «Successful Woman» has been working in the field of protection of women's rights and promoting gender equality since the organization was established almost 20 years ago.
The mission of the organization is to open opportunities for those who strive for positive change for themselves and society.

- Engagement of citizens in the development of civil society and democracy
- Promoting the implementation of national and local gender policies and combating trafficking in human beings
- Reintegration work with survivors of human trafficking
