Charitable Foundation «Let Your Heart Beat»
For the past 14 years, the charitable foundation «Let Your Heart Beat» has been providing support for women, men, and children affected by social problems and those who face difficult life circumstances. The activities of the Foundation are aimed at the fight for and support to each person who asked for help on the way to becoming a self-sufficient person in society.
Let Your Heart Beat was registered in 2008.
Its key activities:
- prevention of HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis among vulnerable groups of the population;
- care and support of PLHIV;
- social support during the treatment of patients with HIV/AIDS and PLHIV with co-infection;
- provision of home care for PLHIV/TB patients in the terminal stage of the disease;
- prevention of HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis in penitentiary institutions of Zhytomyr region;
- treatment and prevention of sensitive and multidrug-resistant tuberculosis;
- combatting gender-based violence, protection.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Let Your Heart Beat has expanded its activities and organized joint humanitarian initiatives with the Zvyagelsky district and city councils (the most populated area of the city by IDPs)
